Prescription Refills For Existing Patients

For faster and more convenient prescription refills, please contact our office directly rather than your pharmacy. You can request a refill by calling our office or through your patient portal. To expedite the process, provide the following information:

  • Your full name.
  • The specific medication needed.
  • The name of your pharmacy.
  • Whether you prefer a 30-day or 90-day prescription (if permitted by your insurance).

Important Information About Stimulant Medications
Due to the national shortage of stimulant medications, please verify that your pharmacy has your medication in stock before requesting a refill. Note the following policies for controlled substances:

  • We do not offer early refills or replacements for lost or stolen prescriptions.
  • Controlled substances cannot be called into multiple pharmacies. Ensure availability at your designated pharmacy before requesting a refill or making changes.
